Ingredients

cheese
grated sharp cheddar
Instructions
Boil water and salt in a pot.
Add grits and stir a few seconds.
Cover grits and simmer for about 20 minutes, checking occasionally to make sure they have enough water in them.
Beat the eggs and milk and stir in the cheese.
Add the cheese and egg mixture to the grits and stir over low heat until the eggs are cooked in.
