Instructions
- Boil water and salt in a pot.
- Add grits and stir a few seconds.
- Cover grits and simmer for about 20 minutes, checking occasionally to make sure they have enough water in them.
- Beat the eggs and milk and stir in the cheese.
- Add the cheese and egg mixture to the grits and stir over low heat until the eggs are cooked in.
